Monkey Joes

Carson needed an outing so we headed to a blow up toy indoor park called Monkey Joes.  It was great!  He was quite confused at what to do so Jordan had to climb in and help him out.  Once he caught on he loved it!

Well new ducky didn't take.  I shouldn't have been surprised by it cause I swear every kid has an old ugly animal and a brand new one and only likes the old one.  I don't know how they know the difference!

The stinker is a climbing machine!

Love my little man.

Annapolis, Maryland

We decided to go up to Annapolis, Maryland for MLK day. Our friends, Al and Maggie, wanted to go up and look at the Naval Academy since he was accepted into the Navy with his dental schooling.  We got there late Sunday night and just headed to get some seafood for dinner.

We stayed in the historic part of town in these way cute old houses that they have turned into hotels.  We didn't know there was going to be a parade but it was a nice surprise!

At the Naval Academy.

We ate so much food!  We started the day at a famous crape place.  Then went and got lobster rolls.

Me and Lindsey at the harbor.

Carson and Afton trying on sunglasses.

Lindsey, me and Maggie at the state house.

We walked around a University (we are terrible and can't even remember what it was called ha ha) and we played at a field there so Carson could get out of his stroller.

The last place we ate we only decided on going to it because it had a sign saying that Man Vs. Food was there and they had the World's largest milkshake!  We had to get one.  It was 6 pounds!

It literally was as big as Afton!  We drank it easily and it was delish! After dinner we just headed out to get home.  It was a fast and fun trip!

New Years and New Ducky

Sugar shack opened up a store right by our house:) we are happy about it!

Our New Years party was so much fun!! We had so much food. I made a red velvet cheesecake ball and it was so good!

Of course when I took the picture Lucy moved but before they were sitting in their camp chairs watching some football.

Messy eater..
I never did post his year stats but we just went for another doctor appointment so I'll do this one instead!

Weight: 22.6 lbs (36%)
Height: 33 3/8 in (95%)
Head: 18 1/4 (30%)
Jordan bought him a new Ducky. I didn't realize really how bad it had gotten and the picture doesn't do it justice! Hopefully he is still young enough to not notice when we switch them:)
