Bike riding and Strawberry Picking

For the June IMP activity I decided on doing an art drawing. I got 6 art themed gift baskets and the kids enter by sending in a picture they drew. This was Carson's and Brooks. 

Strawberry picking at Berry Basket's Farm. The boys thought it was so much fun and they actually didn't pick every one they saw which was a miracle.

Grandma and Pa Campbell Visit

Grandma and pa Campbell were supposed to come out back in May but the plane got cancelled with all the Covid stuff. Luckily we got them re booked and they got to come out this week! 

Dole whips and Smores. 

They flew out of Des Moines so we decided to make it a trip on the way down. We stopped in Pella even though most was shut down it was still a nice walk around and such a cute town. Then we hung out at their hotel for a bit before checking out the outlets. It's always really hard to say goodbye and never long enough of a visit. 

Park day and lots of Beach days

Again breaking rules.... We snuck into a park to celebrate Charly's birthday. The kids almost died with excitement when we told them they could play on the closed playground. Luckily we didn't get kicked out.
