Brooks is 7!!

Happy Birthday Brooks!!!

Brooks is a sports obsessed little boy. He craves all the physical activity and is really coordinated so it works well together. He did soccer this year for the first time and loved it so much he wanted a soccer birthday. Brooks is a full energy and big personality. He is the first one to give you a hug and see if you are okay in situations. He is a big feeler with all his emotions but also can be a stubborn little thing. He still is the best snuggler of all! Brooks is the sweetest with Liam. Always helping him out and playing all the games with him. We love our Brooksie!!

The kid doesn't like any vegetable on planet earth but wanted artichokes for his birthday dinner. I will never understand. 

New Car, GJ and Speedy in town for Brooks Birthday!

Few Randoms.

During errands one day my car decided to stop working. It freaked me out! Turned out there was a lot of electrical issues and would be more expensive to fix than the car was worth, so we decided to trade it in. This picture makes the new car look veryyyy blue ha ha! It's technically midnight blue and was all they had on the lot to get that day. It's growing on us though. 

GJ and Speedy decided to come out to celebrate Brooks' birthday this year! We were really excited cause Jordan was going to be out of town so it's fun to have people to celebrate with. Before Jordan left town, we went out to eat at Texas Roadhouse. Brooks loved the saddle! The next day Jordan headed out to North Carolina to do his Oral Boards. 

Trampoline park and basketball was some of the stuff we did. We also went out to eat at a pizza place by us. The waiter was funny and I thought he was joking when he offered to bring the boys dough balls to play with. He was not joking... It made the boys night! 

Basketball and Harry Potter Party

Basketball season has begun. 

Playing with all the animals at PetSmart. Brooks was trying hard to convince Jordan he needed a cat. 

I found Liam snuggled up watching his show. 

Carson read all the Harry Potter series in only a few months! I had told him we would do a Harry Potter Party for him when he finished it all. Unfortunately we got a little distracted for a few weeks during New Years so we finally got to do it. We are proud of our little reader! 

We had Ollivander's Wands (Red Vines), Huffle"puffs" (Cheetos), Ravenclaws (Bugles), Slytherin pizza snake, Gryffindor grapes, Golden snitch's (Lindt chocolate), Professor Sprouts veggies, and Hippogriff wings (chicken wings). Butterbeer was not a success for the boys. They didn't like it at all ha ha. Then we got to watch the 7th second part movie! It's been so fun watching the movies after he reads them cause he is so excited to see all the characters. 

Scootering, Principals list and Grandma Brough's funeral

Carson got Principals list this semester which means all A's! He didn't know that they invited me to an assembly to honor them. He was very excited to all of sudden see me. I love these moments!

Grandma Broughs funeral I had to miss. We had just gotten home and I couldn't get back up there in time. I'm heartbroken to miss but I feel very lucky that I got to see her and say my goodbyes before. Love her so much.
