March Randoms

 Coming home from Vegas we picked up a dog... ha ha ha! His name is Leo and he was one of Jordan's assistants' sisters dog. She had to move into an apartment that wasn't working for him, so they were having to get rid of him. We took him home to see if he would be a fit for my parents. He was so sweet and took to Brooks right away! They were two peas in a pod. 

Dressing Julius up as a chameleon for one of Leigh's friends daughters birthday.  Long story... ha ha

Liam one day was looking at the Bearded Dragon book we had. I found him bawling in the room and when he finally told me why he was so sad it was because the dragon in the picture was lost and didn't have a home. He was crying saying he needed to go find him and bring him to our house so he is safe. After I tried to explain that he wasn't lost it was just a picture he wanted Julius out with him the rest of the day. Liam is one sweet little guy.

Spring Break Vegas

 Right after getting home from Mexico, me and the boys headed to Vegas. We had gotten the hotel a long time ago before we knew about Mexico dates ha ha. Unfortunately, since they were so close Jordan ended up not being able to get work off so that is why I went alone. We met up with Pratts and some of their family. It was chaos and I probably shouldn't have tried to fit it all in but I couldn't waste the already paid for hotel. The kids had so much fun though ha ha! 

With the Parkinsons living in Vegas we gave them a last-minute call to meet at an aquarium we had planned on going to. We had gotten a swim with the sharks for the boys. After we met up, we realized we went to the wrong aquarium!! So, Forrest and Kylie took my boys to the shark aquarium and I stayed with Parkinsons with Liam and Reagan cause we had already paid for this one. 

I missed the swim but then caught up to them after. They had so much fun and weren't even nervous apparently! They were baby sharks and fish. 

It was still a little chillier than we wanted since spring break was earlier this year. But the pool and lazy river were super heated and warm. 

I watch all the kids one night for Forrest and Kylie to go out for their anniversary so then the next night Forrest was nice enough to watch them all for me to go out with the girls. We ended up going to the old Vegas strip which I had never been to before and it was fun. 

Eating some cafe rio before heading back home. The trip was nice and stressful for me but I'm still glad I just did it for the boys.
