Brooks is 10!
My Brooksie! Double digits!
This kid... He is one big heart that's for sure. Brooks is very strong willed but loving. He always notices little things that makes me happy and will do them randomly (like making me breakfast or dinner, writing the sweetest notes, making my bed, buying me a treat at the store just because he knows I like it). But also, on the opposite side he can make us so mad too ha ha ha. We love him. Brooks still is very into soccer. He loves all sports in general though. Loves the shows Cricket Green, Loud House and Henry Danger. He likes playing VR and could literally eat all the candy in the world in one sitting.
We just ended up having some neighbor friends come over for pizza and ice cream.

Scarlett's 1 year
Can't believe it's been 1 year since Scarlett passed away. I hate that it still hurts so much. My nurses and grief counselor from Labor and Delivery are always so sweet. They send cards for Mothers and Father's day to us and they sent one for the year anniversary. Sometimes it feels like a dream that didn't actually happen except to me so it's nice to see that she is still remembered. I've kinda been dreading going to the cemetery due to guilt issues but we finally just did it. The boys picked out some flowers at Trader Joes and we set them out for her. It ended up being really good.

New Years Eve and Day 2025!
Breaking out the Raclette for New Years Eve! Thanks to Leigh and Todd for the introduction. We had our new friends over, Cody and Tasha and then also Forrest joined! It was a glow party new years.
Here's to 2026! Hopefully it's a less emotional year for us all.
Farmers Market and viral mango ice cream.
For Christmas Carson got a book nook. It was basically a Lego or puzzle book build for his bookshelf. It took forever for him and me to put it together, but it turned out so cool!
