HAPPY FOURTH Carson! First day of School

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CARSON!! I can not believe he is 4! The day started with a funny face pancake breakfast at Ihop. Then they rode the Carousal at the mall and then lucky Carson got to go to Target and pick out his present from grandma and pa!

Carson is still his energetic self and I don't think he is going to settle down anytime soon ha ha.  He is currently obsessed with Rescue bots (Transformers).  For his birthday he asked for a watch, binoculars and a toy axe... It were some weird requests. He has had no problems moving and making new friends which makes me so happy. He loves his brother..most of the time.  He is always helping him out lately getting him things from the fridge and helping him get up on our bed to help pull off all of the sheets. We love our Carson!!

The day after his birthday he started preschool. In Iowa preschool is free in the elementary schools. He was soooo excited to start with his friend Raegan. The first day he made me stay a while but loved counting the dinosaur toys.

Monster feet, Surprise visit and Nauvoo

I caved at Walmart and got the boys monster slippers.  They spent all day stomping around being monsters.
We had a really fun surprise a couple days before Carson's birthday.  Grandma and Grandpa Campbell came into town!! Carson's face was so cute when he saw them coming up toward the house. He kept saying "I didn't know you guys were coming!" The boys have so much fun with them! Parks, Museum, Ice cream and so much more!

We went down to Nauvoo.  It ended up being a rainy day but still fun!

Church, Donuts and Back to School Night

The only time my boys don't have dirt on them 10 minutes after showering.

Ha ha these two..... I found them laughing so hard saying they were underwear heads.

Finding treasure.

Yummy fish tacos I made!

We finally found a new donut place.  It doesn't quite beat Sugar Shack but they are pretty good!

Swimming at the Coralville aquatic center.

Dirty boys had fun in the sand boxes.
Carson had Back to School Night. He was so excited to do the little scavenger hunt his teacher had made.

These boys are handfuls.  Together they are the perfect storm.
