Baby Two!

My mom flew in a day before my induction and I didn't think I would make it being pregnant until then but he was a stubborn baby and wasn't coming out until we made him I guess. My last appointment and time being pregnant :)

Meet baby Brooks Alan Campbell!! 

I had my water broken around 8:30 in the morning and after only just over 3 hours he was born at 11:57am.  He was 7lbs 14oz and 20 1/2 inches. My doctor let Jordan deliver him which was really cool!  We got a dark haired babe:)

I look like death because I felt like death ha ha.

Recovery was going as good as it could until the day after.  I started getting a migraine which then started going down my neck and soon I couldn't move it anymore. Thanks to Cameron (you are awesome!) we found out that I was having a spinal headache from the epidural going in to deep and making me leak spinal fluid.  I've had a lot of migraines in my life and this one was something I never want to feel again. After a day and night only being able to lay flat on my back we decided to get a blood patch done to clot the hole. Then we got to go home!!

While I was in the hospital I loved getting pictures of Carson:)  He is one silly guy!

Snowmageddon

Snowmageddon!!  Well for about a week before the storm everyone in Virginia was freaking out about the "big" storm.  Usually these storms never turn out like they say but this time it actually happened!  The first day we tried to get Carson to go out but he was tired and just not having it.  The next day I couldn't get him to come inside he loved it so much.

We played with Jackson for a few minutes but then he was done so we went and found Mckay.  They were so funny just trying to climb up hills and roll down and crawl around.

Mckay's dad made a sled out of cardboard and duct tape. 

There was so much wind it was like ice hitting you!  We look in pain in this picture because we were in pain ha ha.  At least I was!  When I asked Carson if he was cold yet he would say "No momma, kinda warm."  Probably just so he could stay out.

 After naptime Carson wanted to go back out.  Luckily Jordan was done studying so he could play with him more then I can right now.

I didn't think we would ever get him to go inside. As much fun as it was i'm a little grateful we don't get more snow all the time cause he got so much snow all over inside the house! The storm was really no worse than Utah ones I've been in but Virginia just doesn't know how to handle it so they just shut down.  Also everything turns into ice really fast!  Church was cancelled also so we've just had a great snowed in long weekend!!

Randoms and Circus Playhouse

Randoms for no reason.  He keeps pulling Jordan's towel into the tub whenever I am not looking.

For MLK day I took Carson to the Circus Playhouse.  It is just a big open room with blow up toys and swings and bounce houses.  He was in heaven!  It took him a second to figure out how to climb up things and once he learned he was so happy.  He kept yelling at kids running around, "Hey wait Friend!" 

It was a fun Mommy/son play date!  We went and got cinnamon pretzels after.  I think i'm starting to get a little sentimental about sharing my Carson time with another baby. 

 Sick boy.

Carson hates boogers when he sneezes so he will freeze after until you wipe his nose ha ha!  He also is such a boy because he thinks boogers is a funny word so he will always yell it and just laugh.
