Spring Break 2019

Spring break snuck up on me this year. This is the first year I've had a school age kid. The girls all decided we needed to do a couple things to make it special. The first we all went to a place called Wikiup Hill. It's a learning center and they had a blast!

Another day Iowa Medical Partners had a firestation tour set up. It was so fun for them to climb all over in all the different trucks and ambulance. They also showed them all the clothes firemen have to wear and dressed in it to show them even though they might look scary it's the same person in it. They then did a race to see what guy could dress the fastest.

Flooding and St Patricks day

Saddly we had to deal with our first flooding in the basement. The carpet was pretty bad but I guess we learned how to do it hands on.  We all got the stomach flu. The only good thing about that is that the boys laid in bed for 2 days straight and didn't make messes.

Happy St. Patricks day!! For some reason I just really like st patricks day.

The Pratts came over for Corned Beef and Cabbage. The kids loved the bubble machine they got.
