Castle park walk and Cheesecake Factory

We couldn't find Brooks for a bit at my Grandparents house and we finally found him hiding in a random closet ha ha.

Had to have a Tasty's donut! After I got Cam to agree to come with me it turned into a whole family party. So fun! We made the waiter super nervous when we all walked in but it turned out great.

Stopped at Castle park to get some energy out of all the kids. They loved the massive dirt pile and the nature walk. Brooks followed Matt around the whole time and Matt was so nice to play with him.

We stopped to see Grandpa's spot at the cemetery one last time before heading out the next day.

Brooks attached to Matt and loved him! Luckily Brooks woke up from his nap right when they were headed out so they got to say goodbye to each other.

That night all the siblings went out to Cheesecake Factory without kids.  It was so much fun to be with them and be able to talk. Love them all so much!!

Grandpa Brough’s funeral

It was so hard to say goodbye to Grandpa Brough even though it was his time. The viewing and funeral were perfect and it was so good to hear all about his life.  It also was so much fun to see cousins I don't get to see much.

Happy 30 to Jordan!! And back to Utah again..

Jordan's uncle was out on business and was nice enough to take us out to dinner! We are pretty sure that Brooks thought he was Grandpa Campbell and pretty much wanted him to hold him the whole time.

The boys just get into everything all day. While I was cleaning up powdered sugar in the living room, Brooks dumped in all over the kitchen.  He also is obsessed with chips.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JORDAN!!

Jordan turned the big 30! He was gone at work all day and then came home for about an hour and half then had to go to scouts and a scout meeting. But we had fun for that hour and half!

A few days before Jordan's birthday we got the call that Grandpa Brough passed away. So after only being home for a week me and the boys packed up again to head out to Utah for the funeral. The way there was a disaster and pretty much anything that could go wrong at an airport happened. After missing a connection because of a delay on the first plane we were stuck at the airport for hours! We finally got to Utah and the total travel time was just over 16 hours.. I definitely have bad airplane luck.

As sad as it was for the reason to go back it was a fun quick reunion with all my siblings.

I got to meet Paige finally!

We took Brooks to the Minky store and he about died with all the soft blankets around! He was so mad at me when I took the sample ring away from him.

Carson got to go to a movie with Grandma and pa Campbell. He had so much fun! They also went to City Creek after.
