So I kept hearing about getting Daith piercings to help with migraines. I finally decided while I was out in Utah I was going to try them out. I'm going on 2 weeks of no migraines! So hopefully it keeps helping long term.
Leigh and Todd ran a mini triathlon up at Weber State so we went up to watch. They did awesome and it was so fun to watch!

We went to dinner at Chick fila with Great Grandma Egbert one of the last nights we were in town. Brooks loved the ice cream.
