After we drove to Grindelwald for the night. Our hotel was so cute and the room had an amazing view! Todd and Jordan went out to find some dinner for everyone. They ended up finding a crepe/sandwich shop and got grilled cheeses for the kids, which you would think is a safe choice.. They walked in and the cheese was a strong smell and none of the kids would touch it ha ha! They ended up eating crackers for dinner. Kids...
Me and Leigh let Hazel and Carson stay up together and go swimming for a bit. They were so silly. Mostly cause I think they were tired, but it was a good memory.
Jordan's morning walk before anyone was awake.
The breakfast was top notch! It was so so good. It was still chilly and rain. A lot of the high mountain activities were either closed or already sold out. So we ended up going on a glacier river walk, which we ended up loving! It was perfect for the kids also.
Finding snails everywhere. In German they are called Schnecken so they kept going around collecting and yelling "Schneckas."
They had this giant spider web thing over the top of the river that you could go out and run around. It freaked me out but they were running and jumping like crazy.
Pictures just don't even do it all justice... After we ate at the restaurant by the river. There was one slide that entertained forever. The littles kept giving each other high fives over and over. Then Leigh and Todd headed home to go back to work and school for Monday.
